William E. Frazier Jr.

February 20, 1953 - January 13, 2022

William E. Frazier Jr., 68 of Williamson, WV passed away January 13, 2022 at his home. He was born February 20, 1953 in Huntington, WV the son of the late William E. Sr. and Erma Lou Ferrell Frazier. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert Emmett Hoskins and David Kent Hoskins. Bill really enjoyed going on vacation with his grandchildren. His grandchildren dearly loved him. He worked for the N&S Railway for more than 30 years. He was also an avid bowler who loved the game since he was a child. His other interests include golfing, fishing and hunting and going to the Reds baseball games. He enjoyed the games most when Robert Clark and Clark were with him. Bil and Becky traveled to watch the Cleveland Browns play too. He was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and he had hopes to be able to see them in the Super Bowl this year. Those left behind to cherish his memory include his wife of 27 years, Rebecca J. Napier Frazier, step son, Richard Clark Napier and his children, who loved their Pappaw Bill, Robert Clark Napier, Shay Anna Varney, Addilyn Mae Napier and Addi’s best friend, Karson Vance who also called him Pappaw Bill. Bill is also survived by three nieces, Melissa, Michelle and Heather along with his sister-in-law, Sandy Burke Hoskins and lets not forget Hobo the family dog who has been with the family since before Addie Mae was born. In honoring Bill’s wishes, cremation will take place and no services will be announced at this time. Bill’s ashes will be placed in Becky’s casket someday later after Becky’s passing. Bill would have wanted to thank his niece Missy and her special fellow, Joe for coming to see him early in November. The family would also like to thank Henry Moore for his visits to see Bill many times and Rev. Arva Reynolds for coming in to our home to have prayer with Bill.
