Janice Sue Holbrook Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Janice Sue Holbrook Ferrell 73 of Lando went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday July 18, 2018. She was born Dec. 13, 1944 at Ragland, WV the daughter of the late Ora and Annie Hite Holbrook. She was also preceded in death by 7 brothers and two sisters. She was a homemaker and a devoted mother. She was of the baptist faith. Her survivors include her 4 beloved children, Raymond Ferrell, Rodney and Anatte Ferrell, Michael Landon "Mickey" and Regina Ferrell, and Beverly Ferrell and a very special family member Teresa Evans whom she loved as a daughter. She dearly loved her 6 grandchildren, Justin Baisden, Cody, Jordan Kolffe, Gabriel Kolffe, Landon Stump and Beth Stump and Heather Baisden, her 4 great grandchildren include Cayden Baisden, Ariona Baisden, Bryson Baisden and one on the way. She also leaves behind a host of cousins, nieces, nephew and friends and 3 sister-in-laws, Sandra Holbrook, Louis Kerr Holbrook and Scott, and Mary Holbrook. Children always loved to stay at her house because she loved and treated them as her own. She will sadly be missed and memories greatly cherished. Funeral services will be held at the Chafin Funeral Home Saturday July 21, 2018 at 11:00am and burial will follow in the Ferrell Family Cemetery at Lando, WV. Visitation will be at the funeral home Friday evening.
