Benny Hannah 68 of Trace Creek, WV went home to be with the Lord on May 15, 2019 while a patient at the Logan Regional Medical Center. He was born Oct. 6, 1950 at Logan, WV the son of the late James and Garnett Meade Hannah. He was also preceded in death by a brother; Dennis Hannah, and sister; Peggy Fitchpatrick and her husband Noah. Also a brother-in-law; Leonard Vance. Benny was a member of the Duncan Fork United Baptist Church. He served his country well in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife of 30 years; Wanda Estepp Hannah, daughter; Sarah Collins and her husband Joseph who he thought of as a son, niece; Leann Maynard who was just like a daughter to him, brother; James and wife Theresa Hannah, sisters; Betty and husband Roger Vanover, Linda Vance, Sharon and husband Albert Dingess, Teresa and husband Jr. Hurst and Debbie and husband Charles Messer, sister-in-law; Peggy Hannah. Funeral services will be held at the Duncan Fork United Baptist Church at Trace Creek, WV on Saturday May 18, 2019 at 1:00pm with Elders Eddie Layne and Jimmy Maynard officiating. Burial will follow in the Estepp Cemetery at Trace Creek. Visitation will be at the church Friday evening after 6:00pm with services starting at 7:00pm.
